I use a memory card and it should be easy to transfer from it. You have to think of this camera as an instant camera that prints on demand. If the aim is to retrieve photographs digitally, I'd choose another type of device, but if the aim is to print, then a dedicated printer with ink tanks would be the best option (printing from the phone).

According to the instruction manual, this is a Micro USB B connector. This can ONLY be used to charge the battery.
