The attachment lens offers 2 possibilities for connection: 1) by means of a snap-on adapter with spring mechanism, which fits 52-67mm filter threads, and 2) via direct connection by means of a 43mm screw-in thread.

The DCR-150 is supplied with a snap-on mount for 52 to 67 mm filter threads. If this corresponds to your lens in the link https://www.sony.com/electronic..., i.e. the ZEISS® Vario-Sonnar® T* Lens with a filter diameter of 62mm, then you do not need an adapter.
