I assume you mean this version: Microsoft Office Home 2024 (1 user, 1 device/user, unlimited)

The difference lies in the delivery: The product here for 107.- is a physical delivery, a code in a box. The other product is a digital delivery, i.e. the licence is sent to you directly by email.
