Wasted several hours trying to get this work. Registered the SIM card. QR code not available (not shown on the watch), IMEI not recognized by the iPhone's "TCL" app. Question: if so easy to use, why not making available as a "ready to use" (with the card already inserted) this product?? Prepaid SIM card 365 days used. Unsatisfied by the Client service offered by the "support@digirep.freshdesk.com" and the phone numbers provided are just keeping you online for hours... Questions for Client support, who superficially pass me the manual: - in the manual, page 41 of 42 at FAQ point 3 is is written: "ii) if 4G, 3G or 2G is displayed, check to make sure there are no overdue network charges that need to be paid" --> my questions: what charges? is a pre-paid card? with whom to check? Overall, frustrating and a waste of time and space. Returning the product today.

I also had the same issue initially and was also frustrated. Eventually, i realised i missed a step. I had not activated the Simcard via the service provider's website. Try the following steps and check if this works out:
1. Activate the Simcard at your service provider. (This simcard should have data enabled)
2. Insert sim card in the watch. (Check if you see 4G or 3G)
3. Go to option More and then choose QR Code
4. Afterwards this should recognise the simcard and activate the watch.
