the problem lies in the fact that digitec blindly trusts the information provided by the manufacturer/supplier and passes it on directly to the customer. in order to pass on any responsibility to the supplier in precisely such cases and to look hypocritical. unfortunately, i have also had this experience several times with digitec and have always received the same answer "we only pass on the supplier's delivery date to the customer" ...
from personal experience i say: if the product is not directly available from digitec's warehouse, any indication of the delivery date is only a placeholder and nobody knows when and if the product will arrive.

PS: i ordered the pedals on 18.12 and received them on 15.01. so i recommend contacting customer service. that's the only thing you can do in this position apart from cancelling...
