The bracelet only comes in one size. My wrist circumference is also relatively narrow (15 cm) and the bracelet fits well. It does not protrude beyond the watch. Moreover, it has two straps. I didn't have to shorten the strap.

The watch fits all wrists because it has holes all over the strap. The only disadvantage could be that the strap then protrudes beyond the watch. But you could certainly shorten the strap manually. The strap can be tightened sufficiently in any case.
