We often use the Beats with glasses (people who wear glasses), which is not annoying at all.
They are HAMMER headphones anyway.
The only thing with in-ear headphones is that when cycling fast (downhill), the noise from the Beats is rather annoying.

I often use the Powerbeats wireless while biking with sunglasses and helmet. My sports sunglasses have straight arms (not down behind the ears), so it's no problem at all.

I would buy them again in a heartbeat. They are extremely comfortable to wear even with glasses.
