Headsets in the Jabra Evolve series were produced in two versions. Models with the abbreviation MS in the name are certified and optimised for Microsoft softphones such as MS Teams and Skype for Business. These headsets allow the softphone (the software used to make calls) to be operated directly - using the buttons on the headset. Jabra MS headsets work seamlessly with all Microsoft products, including: Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Cortana.

UC stands for "Unified Communications" and is generally an indication that these headsets are compatible with different end devices (PC, tablet or smartphone), but also with different UC platforms. UC headsets can be used with the most common softphones (chat & video function).
