What exactly is the difference between the Logitech G903 Lightspeed for 106.- and the Logitech G G903 Lightspeed for 141.-? In comparison, I see that the battery life and the maximum DPI setting of the cheaper version are much better, which seems strange to me.

Hi Anto_123. I have just researched the matter. The cheaper model is a refresh of the G903 with a better sensor. The new sensor affects the maximum DPI setting as well as the battery life, see here: https://www.techspot.com/news...
