Hello, I asked myself the same question after various online tests.
According to the specifications of the VG289Q on digitec [https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/asus-tuf-gaming-vg289q-3840-x-2160-pixels-28-monitor-12859778], *yes*: "Rotatable, Height adjustable, Tiltable, Pivot function".
