Question about Yealink W76P

What is the difference between the Yealink W76P and the next higher W78P? Is the surcharge worth it? I will soon be switching from Swisscom to Sunrise NFON. As I understand it, the SIP data will then be stored in the phone and the phone simply has to have Internet access. In this case, will the base station be connected to the Ethernet cable, or can the mobile device be connected directly to the WLAN without a base? Thank you very much for your support.

According to my research and the manufacturer's specifications, the handsets have different designs. The W76P handset has an IP54 rating and a longer battery life, while the W78P has a vibrating alarm, a different design and a slightly longer range. The base is required for both phones if the router itself does not have an integrated base or the desired function so that a handset can be connected directly.
