What is the latency to the TV? I would like to use it in parallel with the TV sound. (My wife watches without KH. Is that possible?

Helpful answer
If you connect it optically, there is no problem. If it is connected via a jack, the TV speakers may be switched off. This depends on the TV model.

We also have absolutely no problem with the optical connection. No latency and it is possible to watch TV via the headphones and speakers at the same time.

This is possible with our Samsung TV. An optical signal is sent to the Sennheiser device in parallel to the speaker sound.
