The printer supports envelopes in DL and COM10 format, but not directly C5. However, you can use customised formats with a width of 89 to 216 mm and a length of 127 to 1,200 mm. Since a C5 envelope measures 162 x 229 mm, it might be possible to set it up as a customised format as long as it stays within these limits.
