What was the reason for returning these Elite 10 Gen2? And why does it say "mono" for the number of ear cups? Is there only one earplug?
There are two ear plugs. Mono is probably a mistake in the description.
For me, the best in-ear headphones in terms of sound, BUT there is a bug in the software. In a very quiet environment, the bass is automatically reduced very much. This is not noticeable in normal use, but in a lift, for example, the sound changes significantly. As the headphones are the last of their kind developed by Jabra, it is unlikely that there will be a software update.
