When I plug it in through USB to my PC it only shows me one hard disk and sometimes only the other one? Is this box meant for 2 harddisks at the same time ?

You have to switch to "Pc Mode" at the back of the box.

So far I have only used the box for cloning, which worked fine. To test it, I connected the box to the PC, set the switch to PC mode and plugged in two HDDs. The PC recognised the first HDD without any problems, but after plugging in the second HDD nothing worked. This may have something to do with the fact that both HDDs were "bootable", i.e. they used to be installed in laptops as HDDs and were therefore not only used as pure data carriers. According to the instructions, the PC should recognise both HDDs and SSDs at the same time.
