I don't think the mouse is the problem, but maybe the computer (RAM, graphics card - refresh rate). I have had similar problems with small computers with little reserves.

It could also be that there are a lot of peripherals connected to the computer and a Bluetooth/Unify mouse is not working properly because of this. If possible, I would not plug the Unify adapter into a USB hub (e.g. on the screen!).
