Question about HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e
When I want to print duplex, I get the message Insert 2nd page or the second page is printed upside down. I never had this problem with my previous printer, the hp officejet 8010 series

That sounds like an incorrect duplex setting.
Set "Double-sided: long edge" in the print dialogue (not short edge).
If the message "Insert 2nd page" appears, automatic duplex printing is usually deactivated.
Check on the PC:
Printer settings → Printing preferences → Duplex printing → Automatic / Long edge.
On the printer itself:
Menu → Settings → Print → Double-sided printing → Automatic.
The problem should then disappear.
