The watch needs a valid SIM card with Internet otherwise nan cannot log in.
This product cannot be put into operation without special knowledge and tricks. Not even Swisscom could do it. Not even the expert in the melectronics shop! Due to bad experiences, they no longer sell it in shops. I strongly advise against buying it.
It happened to me too, I was sold the wrong SIM card in the shop, for mobile phones instead of a watch.
I have the same problem. The suggested solution with the iPhone app doesn't work for me because I want to pair my smartphone with the watch. There is still nothing to "share". It's very annoying. Has anyone solved the problem?
That was the same with us. Very annoying. We then went to 'More' in the app and made 'Share QR code' and I then presented this photo of the code to my husband to scan. That then worked. But apart from that, neither the QR code directly in the instructions, nor on the watch, nor the scanning of the photo worked.
