Which flash heads are compatible with the device and what minimum wattage do you recommend for softboxes up to 1m?

All Godox devices AD200pro, AD400pro, AD600pro, AD1200pro. The clip-on flashes too. However, I would take the Godox Xpro-S trigger. It is easier to use.
Up to 1m? So also smaller ones? Then the AD200pro should be enough.
