I would say that the "Scope of illuminant: excl. illuminant" is a mistake on Digitec's part. The manufacturer says nothing about it.

With a lamp like this product, there are actually no illuminants that can be installed and removed. It is highly unlikely that you will be able to repair the LEDs in the event of a defect, let alone simply replace them. In addition, it is probably a bit pointless, especially with such a special lamp, not to include a suitable bulb. Even more so with a Chinese product where it hardly costs the manufacturer anything anyway.
