Which is better? Chiclet or membrane?
You can't really say definitively; in the end, it's probably a matter of taste. The differences lie in the feel of the pressure point, the noise of the keys, the sensitivity and, in the case of Chiclet, also in the appearance (Chiclet is derived from the American term for chewing gum = shape of the keys and sometimes also the construction). I've also been looking into different keyboard techniques for a while and then gave up at some point. As I understand it, membrane is a little quieter, but with less pressure point sensitivity and sometimes less durable, but at least it's usually quite cheap. It would be best if you could try it out somewhere and see what suits you best. By the way, I find the K380 pleasant, also in terms of size, e.g. for a tablet, but for more and longer writing I go to the PC (Apple Magic Keyboard). But as I said, it's all a matter of taste. Mechanical keyboards are supposed to be great in terms of durability and reliability as well as pressure point etc.... Good luck in your search ;-)
Unfortunately I can't help, I don't know the difference.
