Which manufacturer and model for the RTX 3090 and X570 motherboard will be installed? So I can cannibalise the PC and adapt my costum loop for the graphics card.

Some of the G35s have "branded" Asus components, but these do not have to be exactly retail versions. The GPU installed here is effectively a retail version: https://rog.asus.com/graphics-c...
