Which size should I order for an ef-m 15-45 or ef-m55-200?

Have a look via Google at Ken Rockwell: EF-M 15-45 -> 49mm, EF-M 55-200 -> 52mm. Otherwise just look on the Canon page or google even more... You're welcome.

Same size as the respective filter diameter. Alternatively, slightly larger and use reduction rings (step down).
