Question about Lenovo 40AC0135CH ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock
Which USB-C extension cable is recommended that can also charge the devices? (Unfortunately, the Apple USB-C charging cable does not work).
As this is a Thunderbolt 3 dock and not a USB-C dock, a Thunderbolt 3 cable (small lightning bolt on the connector) must be used.
E.g. Delock USB3.1 Cable Type-C, Thunderbolt3 (C - C, 2m, 3.1)
works perfectly.
I have the Belkin Thunderbolt 3 cable 2m in use, it is important that it supports the 40Gbps so that the full scope of Thunderbolt 3 also works
