Why can't my ATH-M50xBT headphones be charged? I can only use the cable because the battery is flat and won't charge. I have now tried several micro USB cables.

I don't have any problems either. But if it doesn't work, then I would simply open a support case at Digitec, they are usually very accommodating.

I don't know that either, I have no problems with it.
When charging, the diode lights up red and goes out when the process is complete.
