Why does the question to perform an update appear every time I plug the adapter into an iPhone (12/14)? How many minutes does this update take so that the message no longer appears in future? And why is my SSD (Samsung T7) not recognised, while the same one on the iPad (directly via USB-C) has no problems? I recently complained about this adapter at another retailer because of these problems, among others, as a suspected fake... 😅

I have connected it to the iPhone 10 and iPad.
There is no message for an update.
I use it with a USB stick and therefore cannot make any statement about an SSD.
Don't forget to plug the power supply into the adapter, otherwise there will also be problems.
