Why is it that in all the reviews the silicone strap is also included with the Classic version, but only the leather strap is included with this one? Are we not getting the same in Europe as elsewhere?

In general, you don't get any pre-sale offers or anything like that in Switzerland. Now, with the Huawei Mate 40 Pro, everyone gets the FreeBuds for free. Guess who doesn't? Exactly... Not Switzerland! Seriously, Digitec.ch has a certain power to clarify dis for their customers and to make sure that their customers get the best possible offer!

Unfortunately, it's the same for me - I didn't get a second wristband either.
It's actually Digitec's job to clarify this situation!

Unfortunately, I do not have an answer. I have the same complaint! I bought the watch at Digitec and was very surprised that the silicone strap was not included. Digitec should actually answer this question ......
