Why is my Epson ET-3850 so slow? I have a new Lenovo laptop, downloaded the correct drivers but when I go to print a document it takes FOREVER to print! It's like the printer's memory has failed and it can only accept 1 line at a time! 1 page took 4 minutes to print!

The computing power of the connected device or the WLAN connection cannot usually be the cause, as the data to be transmitted is very low. If the problem cannot be solved by a complete reinstallation or by adjusting the settings "bidirectional printing" or "sleep mode off", described here: https://download4.epson.biz/sec_pubs..., I would replace the device as faulty within the warranty period. I have never had any problems with this printer myself.

It should take a maximum of. 5 seconds for the printer to start printing. A black and white page then takes a maximum of 10 seconds to print, colour perhaps 30 seconds. Try reducing the resolution. Otherwise set up the printer again from scratch.
