why is my left bud quieter than the right one? can someone explain this to me i have to reset them so that they become equally loud again and when i put them in the case and take them out again the left one is quieter than the right one again

Hello Darius, I am not aware of the problem but there is a Huawei app for the bus, it is called AI Life. I would download the app, I got a firmware update for the Buds, maybe it solves the problem. Otherwise I would return them with warranty.
