Will the monitor run at 4K 60Hz with the HDMI or Display Port cable supplied or do I need a separate cable for this?

The cable supplied will be able to do this, but it also depends on the PC or notebook. If it has an HDMI 1.2 or HDMI 1.4 interface in it, then it certainly won't work. It must have HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 1.2 for 4K and 60 Hz. Or the docking solution used cannot do it; there are, for example, USB-C docking solutions that only manage 30 Hz with 4K.
