Will this keyboard work with the included USB wireless receiver on a USB KVM switch so that you can use the keyboard wirelessly on two computers? Or does this only work if the keyboard is connected to the KVM switch via the USB cable?

This keyboard can be connected to 3 different devices via Bluetooth. The switch works via the buttons "1", "2" or "3". I have been using it every day for years and it works flawlessly.
