No, DigitRadio 11 IR works a "receiver", can only accept input via Bluetooth from a BT sender, eg mobile phone, tablet, etc.

I can't answer that exactly. The fact is that it can be connected to the iPhone and/or iPad and can therefore, for example, play my Spotify or YouTube playlists via the speakers on my stereo system.
