LogiLink Audio and Video Grabber USB 2.0

Question about LogiLink Audio and Video Grabber USB 2.0

Yesterday I received the USB2.0 video grabber and tried it out on various PCs (Windows 10) (in conjunction with my Canon Legria FS306 camera). I wanted to use the video grabber mainly for Skype calls (audio and video). Of the 5 PCs I tested, Video Grabber worked in 3 without any problems (audio and video), the remaining 2 only gave an audio signal in Skype and no video signal. These 2 PCs that only showed an audio signal have an APU on the mainboard (Ryzen 3 2200G & Ryzen 5 3400G), so no graphic card. The first 3 PCs on which Video Grabber worked properly have CPUs (Ryzen 7 3700X and 2x Intel Core i7) without onboard graphics, but with Graphic Cards in the PCI-E slots. The question is, could it be due to the APUs that no video signal was received and, what could be done so that the video signal is also received (installing a GPU is not an option)? Thank you very much in advance.

For Skype, I would just use a normal webcam.
