You always hear that batteries should not be charged constantly. What is the situation with this device? I ask this question mainly because I only disconnect the device from the mains in warm temperatures and then listen to music outdoors with the battery and don't necessarily want to buy a purely mains-powered device. Teufel (Boomster) offers the option of switching the charging function on and off with a switch for these cases. But as far as I know, this is not available with Geneva, is it? Nevertheless, the question is whether the battery suffers extremely if I constantly charge it?
I also use the radio indoors and only very rarely on the terrace, but I do it the other way round. It always runs on the battery, which I recharge from time to time. I have to charge it maybe once a month, but it depends on how much I use it. I am very satisfied with the device and do not have the feeling that the capacity of the battery has decreased.
