Tips: Cook two portions at once; one portion can easily be stored in the refrigerator for a day. The larger the vegetable pieces, the more vitamins remain intact. If you cook potatoes, do not use the cooking liquid for pureeing. You can also steam meat (except chicken, which should be prepared separately). Add a bit of oil or butter to the finished puree, and later you can season it to your liking.
