The Maxi-Cosi MiloFix is the new rotating Isofix car seat that can be used from birth up to approximately 4 years old. Initially, it is used in a rear-facing position – against the direction of travel – as an infant carrier. At around 15 to 18 months, the seat can be easily turned to face forward, allowing your toddler to curiously explore the world! The MiloFix adapts effortlessly to your child's growth, as the headrest and harness system can be adjusted simultaneously and very easily.
