Does this seat need batteries for the integrated speakers or how is this solved? If so, how many and how many hours do they last?

According to the manufacturer, an MP3 player can be connected via the existing AUX cable, unfortunately the manufacturer does not provide any information regarding operation/battery use: https://ch.recaro-cs.com/files/recaro/int/childseats/docs/Manual_MonzaNova2_DE-EN.pdf

What exactly is the difference between the Monza Nova 2 Seat 2018 and the Monza Nova IS Seatfix 2018, apart from the weight class and the impact shield? The 1st seat is even CHF 2 more expensive, even though it doesn't come with a safety catch.
