The heat pads with oat bags provide cosy warmth and soothe small aches and pains. The oat bag is suitable for heating in the oven and microwave. Instructions for use/heating pad Read these instructions carefully, follow them and keep them ready for reference. The special instructions on the oat sack itself must also be observed. Warming up the sachet in the oven: Preheat the oven to 75°C. Before heating, remove the oat bag from its outer wrapper and place on a clean rack. Place the rack in the oven on the middle shelf. Leave in the oven for a maximum of 15 minutes. Remove oat bag from oven and check the temperature of the oat bag before placing it back in the outer wrapper. The temperature should not exceed hand heat. You should hold the oat bag in your hand for this check. Special instructions for safe handling of the heating pads: Never use the oat bag without the outer cover for the child. The oat sack must be replaced if discolouration and burns appear. This can be caused by incorrect handling (overheating or overdrying). Only place the oat sack in the clean and dry outer cover.Store the oat sack in a dry and cool place to avoid germ formation. The heat pad must not be used on premature babies and children under 1 month of age. The oat bag is suitable for heating in the oven and microwave. When using the microwave (example: 600 Watt approx. 1.5 min.), wait approx. 5 min. after the first hand warming test and carry out a second hand warming test before placing in the textile cover, as a rise in temperature is to be expected.
