The massage with this composition, based on the finest almond oil and vitamin E-rich wheat germ oil, relaxes the perineal tissue and increases its elasticity. Instructions for use
The perineum massage should be performed approx. 3-4 times a week, from the 34th week of pregnancy for approx. 5-10 minutes each time. In a comfortable and relaxed position, moisten the thumb with sufficient perineum massage oil. Massage the oil in between 3 and 9 o'clock. Important: the massage must not cause any pain. Always massage the perineum until you feel a slight tingling sensation. If you are unsure, ask your midwife or doctor for advice.
