Hi, I bought this sun canopy to install on a "Deuter Kid Comfort 1". I think the 2 metal arms are compatible with all Kid Comfort bags.
However, my bag didn't have the fixing clips needed to tension and attach the canopy. You can clearly see the 2 clips on the product photo (above).
To overcome the problem, I had to use metal rings (keyring style) to attach the top cover to the top of the rucksack and keep the fabric taut. This worked very well even if it wasn't 100% compatible.
If you find plastic clips on the top of your bag then it is compatible. It is difficult to predict compatibility from the model name as it will depend on the year the bag was marketed. Cdlt
