Hello, Is it agreed that in the case of a forward facing group I / II / III it is sufficient to simply fix the Isofix seat. I would like to know if the seat belt is also required if there is no Isofix in the car? If not, this means that the seat does not swivel anymore. Thank you in advance for the answer.

Even with the belt, the seat swivels without any problem.
The belt is only compulsory if there is no ISOFIX in your car, but there is nothing to stop you using the ISOFIX attachment and the belt at the same time.

That is exactly how it is. If the seat is fastened with the car's safety belt, the seat can no longer be rotated. It can only be rotated if it is fixed with Isofix alone.

Yes, it is. The seat has a belt for additional fastening. When it is tightened, the seat can no longer be turned. I don't know if the Isofix mounting alone is sufficient.
