Hello, Is the seat suitable if there is no isofix attachment? Does it keep its rotating function when the child is facing the road? Thank you for your answers.

Without isofix it is not possible to use it, it must be well fixed to play and turn. With the belt yes but not possible to turn, in this case, opt for a seat without these options. Kind regards.

Yes, it is possible to fasten the seat with the belts. However, once you are facing the road, you cannot turn the seat.
