I always use the function to heat the water to 100 degrees overnight and then cool it down to 37 degrees. Now, however, the water cools down to a temperature of 31 degrees and not 37 as I selected. I then have to heat it up again briefly to 37 degrees. Am I doing something wrong?

If the device is not touched for longer than (I think) 6 hours, it switches off and the temperature continues to fall slowly, even without the active cooling with the fan
