My question is if anyone knows until what age approx, not weight, baby maintains this same size 4? it's also to know in when does make sense to buy 4+ or directly change to size 5? My baby is 9 months old and 9.3kg in this size 4 since his 6 months.

Ours is 13 months old, also over 9kg and we haven't moved up to the next size yet. We will stay on this size for another 1-2 months. Hope that helps.
