Normally children need a complete seat up to a height of 150 cm, is this seat compliant with the law for smaller children who are between 135 - 140 cm tall? I would also like to receive a recommendation for a child seat from 0 months to 4 years, which can be used continuously, without the use of follow-on seats. So baby age up to 4 years or 36 kg body weight - thank you for the input.

Hello Francis. We have two of these booster seats for our boys and they are very happy with them. One of our boys is just under 140cm tall and the other just under 150cm tall. According to our research before buying, this booster fits their height.
