Beautiful for both laughter and tears. One day, Sister Salvadora finds a little boy on the doorstep of the children's hospital in Managua, the capital of Nicaragua. His name is Filemón, he is about six years old, and very ill. Filemón remains in the care of the sister, and Doctor Fernando Silva, the house physician, looks after him. Both are deeply concerned about the boy until Filemón expresses a wish that opens everyone's hearts and brings about a small miracle.
