A thief is on the loose in Penny's school. Lunch money and cell phones are disappearing more and more often. Ida's new cell phone also falls victim to the thief when she leaves it in the locker room during gym class. There are only a few possible culprits: Penny's brother Tim, who sprains his ankle and hobbles back to the locker room; the bitchy Ivy from the parallel class; and the Blutbach daughter.
