Kira was so looking forward to her first Christmas in Südberg, especially to the rare time spent with her father. But then he gets stuck in the snowstorm in London. Will he make it in time? Luckily, there's Nele, who distracts Kira and activates the reporter in her. Nele has received a mysterious package from an unknown sender. Of course, Kira has plenty of ideas on how to solve the mystery. However, this leads to a lot of mix-ups and turmoil. In the end, this Christmas turns out completely different than planned.
