The Plustek SmartOffice PN30U Scanner is a user-friendly network scanner designed for document sharing in the distributed environment of modern businesses. It offers speed, image quality, and excellent paper handling, along with easy integration and compatibility with document processing applications. The scanner is built for use in demanding work environments and effortlessly handles critical or routine daily scanning tasks with scanning speeds of up to 30 pages per minute in color (200 and 300 dpi).

Advanced One-Button Control

With Plustek's exclusive DocAction app, users simply need to place the document correctly on the scanner and press the "Scan" button. Features such as Auto Deskew, Auto Crop, Auto Page Detect Size, Gamma, Contrast, Brightness, Color Fallout (RGB), Image Edge Fill, Preview, Page Format, Scan Mode, Multi-Image Display, Job Function, Page Combination/Splitting, and the ability to send scanned documents in various formats like PDF, JPEG, and TIFF are also included. The scanner can also recognize text with OCR and create multi-page PDFs.

With wired network capability, the PN30U offers network scanning to email, shared folders, and FTP servers.

Ultrasonic Multi-Feed Detection Sensor

With ultrasonic multi-feed detection, the scanner allows for the insertion of overlapping paper by recognizing the paper thickness between documents. The ultrasonic function can be turned off when scanning documents with labels, sticky notes, or receipts. This innovative design prevents double feeds and effectively scans documents of varying weights and thicknesses.
