The owners, authors, narrators, and puppeteers are Richard Oehmann and Josef Parzefall, who have already written and performed nine children's plays for their stage throughout Germany. "Kasperl and the Snow King" is the continuation of Doctor Döblinger's Kasperl audio play series. Although winter has already begun, it has not yet snowed in the town of Hinterwieselharing. This is because the Snow King, who brings the snow every year, has caught a cold. The witch Strudlhofer has hexed him with magic cookies, giving him a sniffle that can only be cured by magic.
